Consumer Complaints

The University of North Georgia desires to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in an expeditious, fair and amicable manner. Complaints regarding any aspect of 果冻传媒 operations should be filed internally to 果冻传媒 authorities first and then, if necessary, to external authorities.

Non-Georgia Resident, Online-Only Complaint Resolution Process

果冻传媒 follows the State Authorizations Reciprocity Agreements (SARA) complaints process. If the 果冻传媒 complaint resolution is not satisfactory, an out-of-state student from another SARA state could then file a complaint with GA-SARA. The complaint would then be investigated and resolved by GA-SARA.
